NOTE: Fact: After they're converted to god-knows-what type of creature, the witches can always be converted back to a human, if they haven't killed anyone yet. The vampire idea is totally different from Buffy, no scary faces, they can turn into bats, they can convert someone by just biting, they can be converted back if they haven't killed anyone yet, (like a lot of other demons now) they flame when they die (no fancy dusting). When Leo comments about how the vampires "are part of a whole different network now", it's an in-joke to Buffy switching networks from WB (where Charmed airs) to UPN.
